FAQ’s
1) How
does your Photo Booth work?
Gather a group of friends,
go in the booth, get situated, and when ready, press the
red button to take your photos. The Photo Booth
produces a double strip of 4 high quality, water and fade
resistant photos on premium quality photo
paper.
2) What
is the Video Booth?
Your guests choose when to video tape comments for you in
our Video Booth. They press the black button when they are
ready to video tape. There is no time limit with our Video
Booth. Your guests may record 5 seconds or 5 minutes -
their choice. Following your event, these comments will be
edited to DVD with interactive menus. The Video Booth /
Photo Booth is one unit. Guest(s) of honor may also
record a message to be included on their internet photo
gallery -greeting and thanking guests for their love,
support, etc.
3) What
do guests say in the Video Booth?
Whatever you choose. Prior to your event, we collect
questions and ideas from you about what you want your
guests to say. These topics are posted at the booth for
guests to see as they use the booth. Some common requests
we get are: -"What should 'groom' do to keep 'bride'
happy?" -"Where do you see Guest(s) of honor in 10 years?"
-"Share a fond story or memory about Guest(s) of honor."
Have your Best Man, Maid of Honor, and other 'toasters'
repeat their toasts in the Video Booth for a truly
priceless keepsake.
4) Can I
rent both the Video Booth and the Photo Booth
together?
Yes. The Photo Booth and Video Booth is one unit. Guests
choose to take photos, record video or both. Additionally,
you may rent just one or the other.
5) Can I
provide my own backdrop for the Photo
Booth?
Yes, you may provide a backdrop. Please contact us
for size.
6) I
don't want any inappropriate photos in my Photo Guest Book
or on my internet photo gallery.
This will NOT be tolerated. We are a family owned and
operated business offering clean, family fun entertainment.
Guests will be warned and asked to exit the Photo Booth if
necessary. Any inappropriate or questionable photos or
video will be deleted. Guests engaging in inappropriate or
destructive behavior will be asked to leave the booth.
7) Can I
request Black & White photos at my
event?
Yes. The Photo Booth can be set to take Black & White,
Color, or Sepia photos (Or any other
color).
8) Where
are you located and what is your coverage
area?
We are located in Kearney, Nebraska. We offer Photo Booth
Rental and Video Booth Rental in Nebraska (NE), North
Kansas (KS), Western Iowa (IA). We only offer our Deluxe
Plus Package to locations 200-300 miles from Kearney,
Nebraska.
9) Do you
supply the Photo Guest Book?
The Photo Guest Book is included with the Deluxe Photo
Packages along with the necessary tape, pens, and
additional staff to assist guests with completing the Photo
Guest Book. You may also add a Photo Guest Book to the
Basic Package for an additional fee.
10) Can I
provide my own Photo Guest Book?
Yes. You will also need to provide pens, tape, scissors,
etc. We suggest you designate someone to assist
guests with attaching photos and adding comments in your
Photo Guest Book.
11) Can
guests download and print, or order reprints of a favorite
photo?
Yes. High quality reprints, enlargements up to 13" x 19"
may be ordered through our website. You may also
choose the 'Print-at-Home" option for an additional
fee. This option will allow people to download, save,
or print photos. We also upload photos to
Facebook.
12) How
many photos can your Photo Booth take?
Our Photo Booth is capable of taking a picture every 5
seconds. On average, we take 150-200 photos per
hour.
13) How
is your Photo Booth different than traditional Photo
Booths?
Our Photo / Video Booth is environmentally friendly.
We do not use chemicals. Our booth can be covered in
either black or white to blend better with your event
decor. Our Photo Booth is digital and produces high
quality, high resolution, water and fade resistant photo
strips in duplicate. All photos are uploaded to your
photo gallery with optional password for guests to view and
order or print reprints and enlargements. All photos
taken at your event will be delivered to you on CD or
DVD. We also offer unlimited Video in our Photo
Booth.
14) Where
can you set up your Photo Booth?
Our Photo Booth is assembled onsite, so we can take it to
almost any smoke-free
venue.
We require a 3-pronged outlet, a hard, level surface for
setting up on, protection from the elements -ie. wind,
rain, etc. and a table for guests to write in your Photo
Guest Book. We charge an additional fee for stairs
and downtown locations if applicable. We do not set up in
residences.
15) Do
guests pay as they enter?
No. Our Photo Booth and Video Booth is 'free
vend'.
16) How
do I reserve your Photo Booth and Video Booth for my
event?
Fill out our "Check Availability" form. We will
contact you shortly. We require a $200 deposit to
reserve your date. Remaining balance will be due 2
months prior to your event.
17) What
